This will also allow your next skincare steps to absorb more easily and penetrate further into your skin. You only need to double cleanse in the evening or after wearing SPF and makeup, so you can skip the oil cleanse in the morning, and just use a water-based cleanser that suits your skin type, to start the day.

We have to admit, even we were a little lazy with the sunscreen until we found out that 90% of how your skin ages are within your control and is a direct relation to sun exposure. The powerful UVA and UVB rays of the sun result in ageing, fine lines, wrinkles, dark spots, and of course, skin cancer, which is why wearing daily protection is key. Make sure you look for a sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, with 5-star UVA rating.
