Diy Facial Oil Serum

Below are the oils I chose to use and their benefits
Frankincense Essential Oil This oil can be a little pricey, but It’s TOTALLY worth the investment. There are lots of benefits to this oil, particularly for the skin. Frankincense oil is anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial. This oil is also used to support strong immunity and healthy cell regeneration.
Lavender Essential Oil: This oil is probably one of the most versatile oils. There are millions of ways to use lavender essential oil, but for the skin, it can help fight acne and scarring, and the smell is calming and improves concentration. It can also be used for bruises, burns, dermatitis, and eczema.
Jojoba oil:  This is a great oil for moisturizing your skin. It absorbs well without clogging your pores. This makes it a great carrier oil for your face. It helps heal wounds and clears acne by preventing the growth of bacteria. It also contains vitamin E, which is a great antioxidant and helps protects against free radicals that damage our skin. It also has anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties!
Argan oil:  This is a great lightweight oil that will leave your skin feeling hydrated without feeling greasy. It diminishes wrinkles by increasing the elasticity of your skin. Argan oil is high in linoleum acid which is great for reducing inflammation caused by acne. It’s also rich in ursolic acid which has powerful collagen-stimulating properties and can aid in anti-ageing and heal skin damage.

Pre Workout Serum: I am using the pre workout serum before going to the gym. It is an anti ageing serum agent and prevents the formation of wrinkle formation and also helps in maintaining a soothing effect on the skin.
